I am creating a page for every sub heading in the recipe index. It will now be easy for the readers to search for a recipe. eg. all idli and dosa varieties will be in one page. Similarly there will be pages for sweets, kuzhambus, rasams savouries etc. Happy browsing! 🙂
Here’s an index for recipes – which will keep growing as we add more recipes. Click on a dish name to get the recipe.
You can browse through Recipes listed here or head over to the bottom of the page to search or click on categories. If you don’t find what you want listed here, put in a request in comments (Vegetarian only)

Great website. Thank you very much fro sharing Authentic Brahmin Recipies. Would have loved if Iyenger Recipies would have avoided onions….But all in all Great effort. Appriciate very much. Added to book mark and will be always my main cook book or cooking reference.
Thanks a lot.
I am Mysore Iyenger born and brought up in the west. The recipes remind of my late Patti’s cooking – wish I watched and learned more before I left for collage.
