Bye . latha.
Hi Latha mami,
Tried the semiya payasam today. I used the same proportion, 1 cup semiya, 2 cups milk and the same procedure. But, after sometime, the milk got soaked up in the semiya and i had to again add milk and loosen it. Going by the amount I added, the ratio might have ended up in 1 cup semiya and 5 cups milk. I had to increase the qty of sugar also.
Do you think this should be the right one or is there something else I need to do?
Thanks and regards,
Vijaya.
