Hi Maami, my mom always called it ‘her maamiyaar’s upma’ and it was made with rice flour and sour curd is all we know about it! Any idea what it could be and how its made?? Apparently her MIL never parted with the secret recipe. It was a soft upma with a tangy taste with just rice and curd. Pls guide me with the “awesome maamiyar upma” recipe and break the secret!
